Terms of use

The terms that govern your use of this website.

Last updated:

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms of use govern your access to and use of the website at corpshore.com.do (the "site"), operated by Corpshore Dominicana S.R.L. ("Corpshore Dominicana", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these terms and by our privacy policy and cookie policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

The site is operated by Corpshore Dominicana S.R.L., a company organised under the laws of the Dominican Republic with registered office at Santo Domingo 10405, Dominican Republic, part of Corpshore Solutions Corporation, Toronto, Canada.

3. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site, our services or the law. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms, so please review them periodically.

4. Permitted use

The site provides information about Corpshore Dominicana's services and careers and the tools to contact us, request a proposal, book a call and apply for roles. You may view, download and share its content for your own lawful, non-commercial and informational purposes, provided you do not remove any notices of ownership.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
  • interfere with or disrupt the site, or impose an unreasonable load through automated access, scraping or otherwise;
  • introduce malware or any harmful code;
  • misuse the forms, for example by submitting false information, another person's data without authority, or unsolicited or abusive content;
  • copy, reproduce, republish or exploit the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or to anyone who breaches these terms, without notice.

6. Submissions through the site

When you submit information through a form (an enquiry, proposal request, booking, application or talent-community sign-up), you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that any personal data of other people is provided with the necessary authority. We handle the data you submit in accordance with our privacy policy. Any consent text you agree to at the point of submission forms part of the record of that interaction.

7. No offer, quote or professional advice

The content of this site is general information only. It is not a binding offer, a price quote, or professional, legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Indicative figures, including the output of the cost calculator, are illustrative estimates only; actual scope, pricing and terms are confirmed solely in a written proposal and set out in a signed agreement between you and Corpshore Dominicana. Descriptions of certifications, compliance and capabilities describe our operational posture and are subject to the terms of any engagement.

8. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, icons and the compilation of all of it, are owned by or licensed to Corpshore Dominicana or its group and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited permitted use above, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from the site or its content without our prior written consent. "Corpshore" and related names and logos are marks of the Corpshore group. Third-party names and marks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

9. Third-party links and tools

The site links to, and embeds, third-party websites and tools, such as the Calendly scheduling widget, mapping embeds, and the anti-abuse check. We provide these for convenience and functionality. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices, and their own terms and privacy notices apply to your use of them.

10. Availability and "as is"

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corpshore Dominicana and its group, and their directors, officers and staff, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under Dominican consumer-protection law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Corpshore Dominicana harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our privacy policy, cookie policy and data protection notice (Ley 172-13), which explain how we handle personal data.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site is subject to the competent courts of the Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory venue that consumer-protection law may confer on you.

15. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site.
