Training does not stop after onboarding. We pay for initial training and keep developing you throughout your employment, sponsor professional certifications for eligible roles, from COPC, ITIL and Six Sigma to HDI, ICMI and technical and cloud credentials, and support your language development, with a specific focus on moving from B2 to C1 in English, because that progression opens the door to more senior and better-paid work.
