- Can I apply to open jobs and also join the talent community?
- Yes. If a current vacancy fits, apply directly on the jobs board. The talent community is for when nothing fits right now, so we can reach you when something does.
- What information do you need?
- Just enough to match you well: your name, contact details, city, the kind of work you are interested in, and the languages you speak. You can add more when a specific role opens.
- How is my data handled?
- Your personal data is processed for recruitment purposes under Dominican Law 172-13, used only for that, and kept under our documented retention policy. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time.
- Do I need experience?
- Not for many roles. We hire entry-level candidates with full paid training across customer experience, technical, data and back-office work, and we promote from within.
